I'm sure it'll be, er, delicious. I'm not so sure about how the poor Brazilian who ends up as the main course will feel about it....

I tried a new rye flour from the bulk barn, stone round rye, mixed with Robin Hood 7 Grain flour, 1.5/2.5 cups repsectively and it turned oout really tasty. Rye bread is sure difficult to make rie so the loaves come out somewhat smaller in size.

Can't workout because I'm having to go to bed so early. My toddler keeps waking up, night after night. This is no good.

Just cleaned the snow off from the first front now I'm waiting for the second to hit. It won't be clearing until the morning.

Last night I made a glazed pork tenderloin from a new recipie. OMFG!! Michigan cherry glaze after being marinated for ~18hrs. Cooked low and slow for about 1 1/2hrs (relatively slow :) ). Utterly amazing flavor. I have never had, or heard of, Michigan cherry before, but WOW does it go great with pork.
