This happened to me. Dude was looking like he was about to pull out in front of me at a green light (that people were stopped at for some reason) and the lane in front of me was open. I slowed down to 30 from 45 (speed limit) and right as I thought "if he pulls out now I'm going to hit him" He did. I did.

Morons were stopped at the light for an ambulance that I couldn't even see or hear that NEVER even got anywhere near the intersection. It turned a few blocks before. I totally get stopping for them, but you have to use your brain and look around before you pull into a lane. Only wreck I've ever had that was considered my fault, and I don't agree with it.

We get the total opposite...if they think they can get their rear bumper in front of you, they're gone... F a yield sign.

I think one of the more unfair traffic tickets are at auto fault accident for rear ending. In this time of drivers that routinely change lanes w/o signaling, or from stopped traffic trying to get into a moving lane such as your accident. Pulling out in front is a big deal here too.

That can be ME, depending upon the situation. Yield signs in my state are just that: YIELD the right of way and stop if that's required. We have MERGE signs for those other situations.

The illegal immigrant can be heard saying, yeah but I have rights too. We have people trying to interfere and protest against our law enforcement agents trying to enforce the laws of this country. With all the protests going on and the so-called sanctuary cities doing there part in helping criminals. We are losing millions in tax dollars not to mention the load they are putting on our healthcare system. People complain of the high taxes that are put on American citizens. Than protest about how bad it is illegals are being treated. Really! You or I break the Laws of our country and we held accountable why than are illegals special?
