I've ordered Boheminan Rhapsody; read that the movie uses the heights quiet a bit. I also have Hunter Killer on the way. I plan to buy Pacific Rim this weekend

No matter your opinion on the movie itself, you'll hear the glass shattering overhead and you'll feel the tremors like you're there. It's pretty bonkers. Also agree on Pacific Rim. That's a good speaker (and HDR) workout for sure!

I thought San Andreas has a lot of bass, but I couldn’t hear that much overhead - at least the first 20 minutes or so. In Pacific Rim, I could hear just about everything that was overhead.

Mixed feelings for now, for once they clearly explain the story and it's much easier to get what's going on the screen (mostly) but missing the original twisted charm I guess. I will give it a few more episodes before I make up my mind.
