I didn't go to the store today because I didn't want to leave Niki alone with the thunder. As a result - no beer, no wine, nothing good. I have a bottle of cognac that's been around for over 11 years because it, well, sucks. In an alcoholic Hail Mary, I combined cognac and vanilla almond milk. Not great, but honestly, not horrible.

I've tried drinking it straight a few times over the past decade, but I'm too big of a wussy to take it. The stuff is horrible.

I think this combo has potential - I just made it a bit too strong (barely). It actually tasted kind of like eggnog at first.

That said...I'm going to the store tomorrow.

Yeah, RTFM! You do know that you can skim most of it, right? It's not like you don't know how to plug it in, hook up the speakers, and select different inputs. It's mostly the calibration setting that you probably want to read.

I've got myself a powered USB hub on its way today. Not quite as exciting as getting a new sub, but a heck of a lot easier to get in the house.
