At first I thought Adam has returned than I realized it was only you. It would really blow if some guy with one post wins it or some other guy who has 7,998 posts.

But all joking aside why don't they have a minimum amount posts required to enter?

The giveaway isn't about forum members. It's about Aperion Audio generating some interest and awareness of their products and getting all that survey info so they can tailor their product line ... I guess.

I agree with this too. It's a shame contests can't be locked to a specific segment of the population. Oh well. No more complaints/gripes from me regarding contests. I don't write the rules. Not my contest.

It's aimed at bringing in new members. People join to enter the contest and then a percentage continues to post. Think of all the new friend we are about to make.
Odds are that they need the system more than we do anyhow. Most of us would put it to work in a secondary room, while it could end up as the best system they've ever heard.
