Hey man I never mind to share. It seems that I am simply turning into my Mother........LOL!!! She was always such a good cook. My Grandmother even more so. Nobody in my family has ever gone hungy......LOL!!!

I grew up with a brother and a single father. The only thing he cooked was spaghetti. No meat, canned sauce. It's all I ever knew. He was the type that gave us each 5 bucks and said go find some fast food lol. When I got with my wife it was total culture shock. She loves the kitchen. She had to break me of microwave dinners and hot pockets, but I'm better for it. Nothin like some home cookin!

When I was growing up my Mom had me help her in the kitchen. Over time, I got better at it. Every year around the holidays me and my Mom would work together to prepare our holiday dinners. Both of my Brothers and my Sister sure were always happy.

Just wished you could see how I keep my kitchen and you can get an idea of just how deeply rooted my OCD really is. I come about it honestly though as both my Mom and Grandmother were exactly the same way. Needless to say, I keep it spotless and very well organized. Neatness counts!

I just found out Louisiana is the 2nd highest rated for car insurance in the Nation! Guess who’s 1st? New York, no wonder my car insurance is so high!! Think I may be getting a Bicycle very soon.

I mostly really like Windows 10. I absolutely hate cortana though. She needs to seriously stop bothering me all the time!

I'm envious. The only thing I can tell you is you’re lucky. Win10... OS that completely freezes beyond all remedies if you play a video file on a laptop and close then open the lid. (I do have a need for this when I’m playing something from my laptop on my projector)

I have it on SSD and it is so damn slow, if I try to open a folder I didn’t access in a while it actually says “working on it”. Shame.
