But it doesn't mean I'm incapable of seeing why the country is a red blanket. Democrats are viewed as intellectual effete looking down on 52 out of every 100 people walking around them as 'common folk'. That has a cost and, IMO, rightly so. If you're that level of asshole you should probably be rewarded for it. Reactions: William Lemmerhirt

I think a huge part of it is that the people at the helm of the Democrat party went too far left and it was obvious Kamala was going to go even further, America is a mostly centrist country. The other factor was the economy, inflation is completely out of control and most of the country has more faith in Trump to correct that. Orange man bad just didn’t resonate anymore

D Dude#1279435 Audioholic Warlord Oct 31, 2020 9,524 0 36 Nov 9, 2024 #3,357 I think that part confirms it's a cult. He's even acknowledging it has taken on a life of its own. I remember when oh probably Good Liars asked a woman this, and than she said it would depend on the reason why Trump shot someone. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/03/14/if-trump-shot-someone-dead-fifth-avenue-many-supporters-would-call-his-murder-trial-biased/ >>>“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and wouldn’t lose any voters, okay?” Trump said, mimicking firing a gun with his fingers. “It’s, like, incredible.” It was a comment about the robustness of his base of support, and it repeatedly has been demonstrated to be true. But we’d like to now introduce a corollary that is also true: Trump could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and few of his voters would consider the ensuing murder trial legitimate.<<<
