Don't congrat me. I voted Harris. But it doesn't mean I'm incapable of seeing why the country is a red blanket.

There's nothing false about it. Each side, calling the other side stupid, clueless and other names isn't exactly the best way to get along. Harris puking words doesn't show her to be the best candidate, and her flip-flopping didn't help, either.

I think a huge part of it is that the people at the helm of the Democrat party went too far left and it was obvious Kamala was going to go even further, America is a mostly centrist country. The other factor was the economy, inflation is completely out of control and most of the country has more faith in Trump to correct that. Orange man bad just didn’t resonate anymore

The subject of the independence of the Fed is WAY over my head but historically it’s worked very well for us. Trump is absolutely going to try to make massive changes to it and it looks like he will have a lot of Congressional support. I have no clue if it will be good or bad but he will try. There are laws regulating “Fed” whose change has to pass Congress, including a filibuster in the Senate. Assuming that GOP signs up for it, which a significant minority will not do, unless cosmetic changes to placate the Orange One.
