Yes, re-run after adjusting gain on the sub.and re-run the test? or leave it at +4.5 dB?
Was it quiet? It set new level/delay even though it couldn't detect it? Can't say ever ran into that sort of error message otoh.
Yes it was quiet, do I leave those values of decibels? Was it quiet? It set new level/delay even though it couldn't detect it? Can't say ever ran into that sort of error message otoh.
PS Then again the Sony setup/sub integration routine isn't very good
Personally I like it further below 0 to allow for some boosting if necessary later....so I'd raise the gain a bit more and run it again.Yes it was quiet, do I leave those values of decibels?
Pardon my ignorance. My old sub only has one input. Does the Monolith manual care if you plug the cable into either input? If I'm interpreting your pic correctly... try plugging into input 1 instead of 2 if the manual says it's okay?I thought it would be easy but I don't know why is not working
I bought this RCA cable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003FVYXY0?ie=UTF8&th=1 and connected it to the Sony STR here:
