Watched the new Captain America: Brave New World 4k last night. Yikes! I can see why it bombed at the box office. Felt more like a Disney+ streaming movie. The graphics were subpar, the story was horrible and the action was mediocre at best. It's crazy that it took them 17 years to finally do something with a character they created way back in 2008. I did watch the Falcon and the Winter Soldier back when it first aired and thought it was absolute garbage. So I was kind of familiar with the back story and some of the characters. At first I thought Anthony Mackie's CA had taken the super solider serum, based on how he was fighting, but he never did. Then, throughout the movie and at the end during the Red Hulk fight he does things no actual human could ever do.
This new character that's supposed to be another "Black widow" trained fighter, she's like 5' tall and looks to weight about 90lbs and she's taking down guys triple her size. Haha!!

when she's on screen with the others it looks like she's some teenager hanging out with the team. Besides that, let's just say this was an easy paycheck for Harrison Ford.
Regarding the Picture and sound. The picture was terrible for a 4k release. It was not clean at all. You would think a $200m+ movie would have a nice looking 4k picture. Not this one. Too much grain, fuzziness in a lot of scenes. I'm guessing that was a lens choice. The sound was mid at best. Explosions had some booms, but overall nothing "demo worthy" about it. Like I was saying above, this looked and sounded exactly like a Disney+ streaming movie.
I'm going to give this movie a 5/10.
