Anyway thanks guys for your help very much appreciated, I do apologise if offended anyone but I could not hold back about being fustrated of the whole situation. I do want to make it clear they are awesome sounding subs, best i've heard.

If you are going to go to the trouble of installing a new circuit, which I think is a good idea, I would recommend a dedicated 20amp circuit for each sub.

(using two 20A would be great too)

Whenever I am troubleshooting an electrical device problem I always check if it has fuses and if they are functional. I know you said brownout which would mean that wouldn't overvolt the fuses but a surprise 5 dollar fix beats your alternative. Just trying to help. I feel your pain friend. I'd be pretty down too...

The sound engineer who originally worked on calibrating my unit came and changed the fuses. He was sent JL audio which was good to see. I got a first glimpse to see inside the unit and wow I take it back saying the poor build, mate it looks impressive.The centre nut holds the torrodial transfomers which is huge but what impressed me the most was the size of the magnet of the sub. He also said it's one in a million that this happened but im still going to do the 30A dedicated line. I also like to say thankyou to all who responded and tried to help, it just shows what a good forum this is. Some forums it's like writing a message in a bottle you can only hope to get a response, but thanks again.

Some of you experienced different problems, more related to the actual main amplifier caps going out… but this is a step by step video of the power on cap issue and repair, when your JL Audio Fathom is not coming on all together.
