It's a paring knife, man! I use them to cut up apples as I eat them. After getting my first-ever Shun last week, I'm impressed. Throwing down $66.50 for a paring knife is tough to get past, but it just might be worth it. I kind of like my Analon paring knife, though (well, after I bought a knife sharpener for it).

You'd be suprised what a paring knife can do to a man when used in certain strategic spots. Of course, this is just what I've seen on TV. No personal experience here...

Well, I hope so - it's targeted at me based on what I've looked at recently.

In fact, after not buying it on that deal last week, I loaded that page a few times yesterday in hopes that it would trigger the deal today. Worked out nicely.
