Not a fed but some of his decisions on that day are rather odd. Telling people to go into the Capitol. Whispering into a breachers ear. Wearing a vest and camo. Saying he orchestrated it then regretting he used the word. I'd need to see more footage, but am content with not sufficient evidence and did have a hearing with the committee.

Well I'll stick with his background as an oath keeper means they have some resistance to law because they get caught up in conspiracy theories. The govt is doing it, so they can justify going above them. When Kinzinger said they knew ahead of the day it could get violent meant Trump knew. He did nothing because being a "loser" is the worst thing to him and it was a vendetta. However, you can't prove manipulation. There are other things like security issues at the capitol. Pelosi may have had security funds placed elsewhere, but the likelihood she intentionally let them in is highly unlikely. Or she simply wasn't briefed on it. Or any number of possibilities.
