If you watch the video it's Epps who is in a crowd on the 5th telling them to go to the Capitol. Chanted "fed fed fed!" to him. Epps on the 6th telling people to go to the Capitol. Epps whispering into someone's ear, then they breach a fence. Epps running up along with them. He's basically never heard from again. Given softball questions, and is never fined or prosecuted.

A Trump attorney, Evan Corcoran, has been ordered by a federal judge to provide additional testimony as part of an investigation into the former president’s handling of classified documents.

District Judge Beryl Howell said in an order under seal that Justice Department prosecutors have met the threshold for the crime-fraud exception for Corcoran.

This decision hands Trump yet another loss in court as his team and allies have tried to hold off special counsel Jack Smith’s investigators from learning about direct conversations the former president had with some of his closest advisers.

What chance do you think they have of actual prosecution? I don't know the details, but I assumed Trump has a history of over valuing his properties while under valuing them for tax purposes. He stalls in court I assume given the amount of hours he's been in court.

Relating to gov't documents or any other court case he's on.

Lock him up! Lock him up! I believe he gets "arrested" soon at least on the NY charges....then hopefully GA and the feds come thru with indictments as well. It's taking a long time hopefully because they are making sure their cases are solid.....then again drumphy's attorneys seem to be continuing to slide the slippery slope....Tacopina has been fun to watch lately, especially since he had consulted with Stormy Daniels a few years ago, he may be in violation of ABA rules.

When Trump claimed he would be arrested next Tuesday, I can only hope he wasn't lying this time. I believe that orange jumpsuit is still waiting for him. It might have to be let out a bit.

And, that federal lock-up in the Dry Tortugas is still available.

And, perhaps it can be arranged for Trump's buddy Vladimir to join him.

I'm not sure on this anymore. Epps is the key to this whole thing unraveling. If this were any other Republican, I would say this is 100% federal plants from the left. But since it's Trump I'm not sure what side Epps is on..... Some of these sentences I question. You'd have to analyze the footage from outside and capture those who assaulted officers. The Shaman getting 41 months? Well he'd have to attacked officers to get that length of sentence. This is why I'm not a fan of sending a message sentences. The time should fit the crime.

Edit: I'm kinda talking outta my ass, but I'd have to know if a breach on a federal building carries a heavier sentence than usual.
