Here it finally is! Today we review SVS's newest flagship subwoofer, the PB17-Ultra. It beefs up the specs considerably from its predecessor, with a larger driver, much more powerful amplifier, and larger ports. That will certainly add up to greater performance, but by how much? Wonderful review Shady!!!!

In my opinion they improved their flagship in the right direction by going after improving the midbass which they did a fantastic job as you point out

Trying to keep that midbass and chase after something silly like 10hz and keep the other performance metrics shown in your review would have required a box and even driver much bigger than what they have here and I don't think something that big and that heavy is the market they are going after
