The car is still crappy but I replaced the exhaust on my Vulcan with a Vance&Hines set, also a K&N air filter, and a Dynojet carb kit. Should knock a second or so off the times and makes it really really loud.

Louder is better for cruisers. But I don't want to ruin my hearing while looking cool so I upgraded to Extreme HEAROS hearing protectors.

Got no car at the moment but get to ride this 5 days a week…

My wife drives a 03 Nissan Xterra XE. I have a 01 Hyundai Accent that I've supercharged and intercooled with an Eaton M45 running 7psi. Going to get rid of it here in the next couple months and get a 06 Nissan Frontier 4x4 with a 6 speed, found out I'm not a car kind of guy.

Have a deep desire to get a suzuki SV-650 though!

I hear you. I can't stand getting in-and-out of the G. I had a '00 Tundra access cab 2wd. Traded it in on a '05 Tacoma double cab long bed Prerunner. I drove the Nismo double cab Frontier. I liked it. But, I couldn't get a long bed.:(

Thank goodness for her aerodynamic gem. ;) She sits in the back BTW. :)

I must have one of the least fancy cars here. I drive a 1990 Honda Civic DX with 340,000 miles on it (all original including the clutch) and a bad clearcoat. It would be in nearly mint condition if it weren't for the bad clearcoat (it has never been kept in a garage). I'm in a dilema now as to whether or not I should paint it.

It is super reliable though and it averages 42 MPG. I can count the number of repairs over 16 years on one hand. It has been and excellent little car.

All I have for audio is a $99 Panasonic head unit and some $30 Lightning Audio speakers from Wal-Mart. It actually doesn't sound too bad.

PICTURES HERE (odometer pic is old)

The three other family vehicles are a 1977 Ford F-250, a 1987 Plymouth Voyager (least reliable vehicle we've ever owned), and a 1995 Civic.

Honda makes the most reliable cars period. The A/C will usually last this long too. I bet it still works?

Dumb question, but why is the seat down so low? Are you short? :)

Yep, and the strange thing is that it doesn't show any signs of wear. It doesn't chatter or anything.

It doesn't have A/C, unfortunately. :( It's HOT in the summer.
