I'm getting the impression Pirro got a whiff of that and said the case was without merit (and my understanding is they already initiated action with the vendor based on improper installation)

Will that fly to avoid a court case for vindictive prosecution? Hope not.
Reading that park employee witness stated the install was flawed and damaged well before anyone touched the water. What? And they proceeded to charge and set court case on the person and perhaps other? Is that the cart before the horse?
