The fact that the AP published that trash is why they’re also asking for donations to keep the doors open. It calls into question some details thinking debunking parts of a story is more important than asking where hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children went. When asked to give any credible link supporting their claims they often ignore it or just attack the poster asking them to backup what they write. See posts above as examples. It's not up to us to prove your claims, in fact, there are links to credible sources casting doubts about claims of 100 000 to 200 000 minors (your wrote: "missing immigrant children") being "trafficked". Note that I don't claim that trafficking of minors does not happen, but 100 000 to 200 000 out 300 000 minors is an extraordinary claim.

Well, sex is defined by chromosomes as well. And, to many, yes, trans does equal bad.

If one wants fairness in sports, then you get an agreement what is allowed and what is not, not define everyone as XX or XY, male or female by sex organs.

The operative part- "to many". If someone wants to be trans, that's fine but DO NOT define everything by what a small percentage feels but the 'many' to whom Trans = bad shouldn't be allowed to define everything, either. How are males and females equal WRT physical abilities? Sure, some females are much stronger than the average, but on average, the differences are huge. I was going to use shotputting a an example, but the difference between the men's & women's world records is only about one meter. Until females can routinely win in competition with males, I don't think they should compete in official meets, games, etc.

Which stat is "wild"? A lot of numbers are being tossed around.

The audit revealed that from 2019 to 2023, ICE transferred over 448,000 unaccompanied children to the HHS. After their release from HHS custody, the agency faced challenges in tracking the whereabouts of many of these children. During this time, over 32,000 children missed scheduled immigration court hearings, with ICE unable to account for their locations.

While the circumstances these kids find themselves in certainly makes them vulnerable to abuse, the fact that authorities cannot account for 32,000 kids does not automatically mean they are being trafficked. Considering the numbers involved, I would not be surprised if at least some of them have ended up in the hands of criminals. It is perfectly reasonable to be concerned for their welfare.



That said, does this look like a reasonable assumption/accusation to make without any other evidence? Never mind that have the audit period in question was during the first Trump administration:

I think the Biden administration loosing 300,009 immigrant children and not even bothering to look for them is a crime against humanity. Allowing sex trafficking, organ harvesting (I won’t even name the third) for political purposes will how down as one of America’s greatest sins.

I replied to a comment with numbers that were called 'wild', so I asked if the numbers in the links seemed wild.

Why would you NOT question info that comes from a government or anyone else who has an agenda? News reports used to be required to use three sources before going out- now, they just make up whatever, depending on the network.

Look into the number of minors who are unaccompanied after entering. They're not all coming in as a family.
