This guy was pardoned by Trump for his January 6 activities, but he was just arrested on a gun charge.

The domestic violence by strangulation conviction (2017) was obviously well prior to January 6. However, the other two convictions for resisting law enforcement with violence were the result of being pulled over in Florida in October of 2022.

On other words, he has criminal convictions for violent acts both before and after January 6.
He's clearly not an innocent victim of over-zealous prosecutors.
