Mail in ballots found in a sewer grate in CA- I can't wait to see how it goes in Milwaukee, where someone 'finds' a bunch of ballots in a ditch, mail carrier's basement, dumpster/city dump, etc around the time of most elections.

A California man says he found a stack of election ballots stuffed inside a storm drain, and he's now speaking out about the discovery.

It's a possibility as the person stated that a thief collected and discarded mail that didn't look like had monetary value.
My neighborhood had a similar incident a few weeks ago, before ballots went out, and was dumped nearby. We also had a much larger dump a few years ago.
