So MSRP is not the price at which it must be sold to make money. If I have a product that has 3k MSRP I buy it for 2K through my approved channel. I sale 5 a year for 3K through my local retail store and make 5k. So I go on line and sale them for 2,5k and move 20. See how that works?

Me thinks you just make stuff up to suit how you feel.
Everything you said sounds great until you realize they are not an authorized dealer for any brand they sell. All repairs are done in house as they cannot send it to the manufacture for warranty.

Perhaps you should go back and reread the thread and the website. They warn upfront that warranties may take a little time if they are repaired. That is an indication the repairs are not done in house and must be sent out.

I worked for a place where the owner insisted that we mark up just about everything 40% from the cost we were provided (as opposed to the actual cost, after discounts). A new manager was hired and he told the owner that he needed to look at the price in terms of 'margin points' instead of 40% up from cost. This was at a time when catalog sales were the only way to buy things for less.

I know this thread is old, however I saw their website today and found this post while searching for info on the company. Figured I’d capture some of my search results. 1. This company is specifically called out on manufacturers websites (Klipsch, paradigm, ect) as an unauthorized dealer. (If your looking them up you probably know that to be the case) 2. Most suspicious and concerning is the geo location lookup for their site - it show up as being hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria - IP Information - 94.156.175.190. Be very cautious. Gamble on the discounted prices offered at your own peril.

I bought a Yamaha receiver from this place in May for a second home. It arrived promptly, appeared to be new, but I didn't try it out until August. It wouldn't turn on after the third time using it, I called Yamaha tech support, who issues me an RA, then emailed me asking for the receipt and S/N. New Age's website states everything has factory warranty, and in an email prior to purchase, they told me if there is a problem to go through them. I called new-age and put the email from Yamaha on hold. New-age took the information and said they would obtain the RA and get back with me. I called every other day, only to be told they are waiting on Yamaha. Since Yamaha was very responsive to me, issuing an RA on the first call, their response seemed fishy. I called new-age for 10 days, the last three they didn't answer the phone. I finally responded to the Yamaha email, taking my chances since new-age is not an authorized dealer. I was informed by Yamaha they had no record of a warranty claim from new-age, or for me from anyone. My experience indicates there is no factory warranty buying through this place. Their website is deceiving.

Too many scams online. If the deal looks too good to be true it’s probably a ripoff.

Different from the one originally posted. That original one was definitely a scam....hard to know about this one but the site doesn't look particularly legit otoh. Might want to check their claims they're an authorized dealer for the brands they claim.

I wouldn't say it's a scam. I did receive the product, and it appeared to be new. There is no factory warranty buying through him and his website says there is.

Buyer beware on New-Age-Electronics! They are a complete scam. Their products are not new, they are not an authorized dealer, and there is no warranty or shipping guarantee. Bought "new" B&W in-wall speakers and one had clearly been crushed during an install, repackaged and then sold as new. They then insinuated that I damaged it and claimed B&W refused claim (I called B&W and they said they have no idea who New Age is). They are selling garbage as new.
