Here you go!

1. How important is it to you to match the look of the surround sound speakers with the front speakers in a 5.1 or 7.1 system?

6. Very important: if my wife doesn't like them, I don't buy them.

2. Currently, if you have surround speakers where are they located? If don’t have surrounds, why not?

6. Currently, my surrounds are hidden behind my end tables to keep the kids from destroying them.

3. If there was a high quality wireless surround sound speaker available would you consider it for a home theater system?

4. No, I don’t trust wireless quality yet.

4. Wireless speakers have the amplifiers built in and so they need to be plugged into the wall for power. Would this limit you from considering wireless surrounds?

3. Yes, I want a clean custom installed look, the power cords would be a deal breaker.

5. When you buy audio electronics, some products use an inline power adapter (“Power Brick”/”Wall Wart”). If you are considering a wireless speaker for surrounds and where you’d place them, which would you prefer? (Please choose one)

1. Internal Power Supply, so it has an AC Power cord only.

6. If you were looking for a surround speaker to match your existing front speakers but had to buy another brand, what features would be the most important to you?

1. How important is it to you to match the look of the surround sound speakers with the front speakers in a 5.1 or 7.1 system?

5. Very important, if they don’t match the other speakers I’d rather not use surrounds.
This is only because matching the looks means matching the brand/product line to me. And by matching the product line you should also get timbre matching. I know its not vital for surrounds, but why not if you can do it. Its not just good sound quality, but the proper sound to me (throughout the entire system).

4. Other (Please explain)
The power supply has nothing to do with it for me, strictly the reliability and quality of wireless speakers. It is actually cleaner and cheaper to run speaker wire than it is to run power lines to everywhere you need to place speaker. Wireless speakers have no place in an HT system.

Not just that it sounds good, but that it matches the sound as close as possible to the existing speakers.

b+c. I have the rears wall mounted with visible wire and the sides on stands with visible wire.

3. If there was a high quality wireless surround sound speaker available would you consider it for a home theater system?
e. I have no plans to replace my current surround speakers and doing so would require a full matched set and sound quality is more important than wireless.

4. Wireless speakers have the amplifiers built in and so they need to be plugged into the wall for power. Would this limit you from considering wireless surrounds?
e. Yes, because I need my home theater gear to connect to specific electrical circuits.

d. A wire is a wire, whether speaker or power, kind of defeats the purpose if you are going for a clean look, however if the outlet wire would be easier to conceal I would consider it.
