Digital Coaxial Cable For Subwoofer?

Someone offered to me a digital coaxial cable for free. Does somebody know if I can use it to connect my subwoofer to the amplifier? Is it good? I have read it is possible and even positive....

I would like to see info introducing us to the next gen dvd (HD-DVD or Blu-Ray). Or a 12" sub.

Emotiva Ultra-Lite LMC-1 Pre-Amp/Processor with a great phono stage for vinylphiles. That would make the Emotiva Ultra-Lite LMC-1 + LPA-1 Combo an amazing package for a midfi stereo and HT user.

I'd by it...or test it for free if I had too.

More marketing for the X-sub because this would be best sub for the mass due to its price and performance.

I'd like to see packages set up for 7.1 surround systems.

Digital Music Device

I think Onix should introduce a digital music playing device. While digital music (mp3, for example) isn't the highest quality music available, it is portable, prevalent and convenient. There are several digital music players on the market but few have the quality components that audiophiles look for.

In terms of things that I personally am waiting for or are interested in:

UL's
MFW-12
Powered X-Towers
RDES with automatic room software

Area I would like to see AV123 expand into?

The V part of AV123. Projectors, Projection Screens, TV's, etc.

Your current stereo racks are great, however I would like to see more with cord organization. Help hide the mess of wires.

more bass!

I'd like to see them build a more powerful 12" that is capable of reaching down into the lower sound spectrum.....great musical subs....no doubt but many of us are movie buffs first and music listeners second in our living rooms at least! Push below 20hz just a bit with authority! In fact you could call it the Onix Authority sub!

A Challenge

speakers operating totally on FIBER OPTICS. Inside and out. Tell me we would not have below 20hz. I can hear it now.

post to question ...what I would like to see next is...

I think a 12" inch is the next logical step. I lean towards a tight, but hard hitting sub.....good luck!

An affordable X-sub with a 12" woof that reaches to 20hz or lower.

Wireless speakers

I'd like to see active wireless speakers for a couple of reasons. You have unlimited placement options without fishing wires or running wire around the room. Colocated amp takes the heat off the receiver and eliminates the requirement of separates and more rack space.

I am looking for a processor. Any new one will only increase the pool to choose from. As an additional benefit the price may be lower.

I can think of one:

A short stand that can be used to place an X-LS on top of an X-Sub. The stand could be made from the same White Maple finish as the X-LS and X-Sub.
