I was mainly getting quotes from CIGNA, Humana, Kaiser, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, etc.

Ya, those people have what are called, "Advantage Plans." Some hospitals have some kind of approval/connection plans with Medicare, which is reviewed every year. I could be subject to being canceled, but will not worry about it until Medicare no longer supports our hospital/healthcare plan. Been good since 2008. Our hospital is under SSM health, with facilities in MO, WI, OK, IL.
