Trump promised to "fix" NAFTA. It is unfortunate that his base will accept this as the fix to what Trump described as maybe the worst trade agreement ever without recognizing how little was changed. I can get on board with many of the minor changes made, but it could have been done as a non-confrontational revision to NAFTA rather than the kind of drama Trump has entered into the equation. Taking the long term (5 years) even an S&P500 fund will be up perhaps 40%. Some chip stocks and the automotive stocks look especially cheap right now.

I get involved in these, not to knock someone (unless its necessary lol) but to gain and learn. I try to stay unbiased towards parties, of course there are limits to each side.

I lean pretty far right economically, but I'm very pro-science, I like the environment (though not our current level of red tape), and I like legal immigration, to name a few positions.
