The trick with with the nac or even scotch for that matter is to try to avoid taking in a lot of air with a sip. The flavor is more enjoyable/tolerable.

I prefer to take it in with 13 shots of rumple, any beer with the word "ice" in the name and a taco bell trip at 3am....

Actually, I chugged a glass of cognac with orange juice and ice. So, we're pretty close. I wish that I had vodka instead. Well, I wish that I had some beer. Gotta make it to the store tomorrow.

I would avoid drinking cognac with anything with a high sugar content.. that screams hangover. That sh!# will just keep fermenting.

I ran out of patience with the beer. I need to crash soon. Meeting with our IT guy in the morning.

you should warm up some cognac, stir in some brown sugar and butter making a syrup. Baste a ham with it. Pour the rest on the ice cream...

Always down to try a new Tequila. Thanks Rick, I'll have to check that one out. A few months ago I had a Jose Cuervo Riserva that was actually really good. Hard to believe that Cuervo could make a good Tequila, but it smelled like chocolate and tasted almost like a Congac.

Not sure what it was, but I remember the bottle had a red top on it.
