Marantz ~ It’s a brand that’s been tested over time! My father had Marantz in the 70’s and 80’s and that rubbed off on me today. I love the way my 7010 drives my speakers and surround and having the ability to have ATMOS is second to none!

I’ve had other brands mentioned, but nothing was more consistent and better sounding then my Marantz!

HK or NAD - I have owned both with great success. Never owned a Marantz but it has always had a good even great reputation and most models look spectacular. I have also had good luck with Technics - a unit I owned for 10 years has now been used by a friend for 9 additional years. So I guess put me down for NAD barely over HK.

I currently have a denon and I do like it. However, I have always wanted a Marantz! I work at a high end custom home automation and AV company and we pretty much exclusively use Marantz for our installs. They have great integration with Control4.
