No Doc, you're wrong. As Danzilla stated, we have 'The Steam Vent' for such, thus dragging everyone's political views into any and all audio discussion is counterproductive to the overall forum. What perhaps you fail to realize is, this is one of the few sites that actually allows such discussion as a subset topic to begin with.

I agree these tariffs will cause extreme trouble for our hobby. This will be especially true of speaker manufactures.
So, the best option will be DIY. Unfortunately there are virtually no good US drivers for DIY.
However, the UK look as if they are striking a deal, and the UK has a lot of good drivers some available from US online dealers.
Norway may come to a similar deal and they have a lot of excellent drivers available to the DIY builder.
DIY would be an excellent way of reducing the tariffs.
I could work up designs, with ready to go data to take to your local C & C cabinet maker. So you can get a pro cabinet. The you just have to get the drivers an build the crossover, which is not difficult.
So, this way people could get better speakers than they otherwise would not be able to afford.
