Hi Jaxvon,

thanks for your comments.

Well, I really got no problems with the "heating issue", as I always use both doors opened for good ventilation. I used to have the rack before.
I forgot to describe my gears, so here they are:

TV = JVC 34' CRT
LINE CONDITIONER = MONSTER POWERBAR 1100
RECEIVER = DENON AVR - 3805
MAIN DVD = PIONEER DV 563 - A
DVD / VCR RECORDER COMBO = LITE ON LVC 9006
CD PLAYER / RECORDER = JVC R 5000 BK
TAPE DECK / CD COMBO = TASCAM CD - A 500
DSP ( EQUALIZER) = TECHNICS SH - GE 900
MIXING CONSOLE = BEHRINGER UB - 1832 FX - PRO
TURNTABLE = DENON DP - 29F
CABLES IN GENERAL = MOST AR AND SOME MONSTERS
SPEAKERS = ALL JBL, BEING: FRONTS - ND 310 (MADE IN DENMARK)
CENTER - S CENTER
WOOFER - PB 12
SURROUNDS - S 38II
SURROUND BACK - N 28 II (MADE IN DENMARK)

Must tell you that in temrs of gears, I've only upgraded the receiver (I had a Denon 2803 before). Overall, the entire HT sounds absolutely great to me.
Room size is: 19 x 10 x 8' high.
Any more comments, just let me know, ok?

By the way, wish you a happy X'mas & healthy 2006!

Cheers / Avliner

Thanks guys!

This sub is a one of a kind, especially since SVS doesn't have these boxes
fabricated for them any longer. It also has been custom stained white oak to
match the flooring. Normally custom colors are reserved for the B4+ and no
other models, but Ron let me(one time only) pay to have this done since I
was a repeat customer.

A few have said "that's an unusual table back there", untill they get closer
and see it's some kinda speaker. When I tell them what it is everyone wants
to hear it....Then the fun begins, grins ear to ear! You shoulda saw the
expression on my grandma's face when I played the Monster's Inc. sock implosion for her....priceless......

Hey I'm working with a tight budget here :). If my bed were not so darn tall I wouldn't have to use those high tech plastic containers, but for now I'm happy. I also decided last night that having a nice chair like that and not using it is a waste. So I took it and moved it across the room and now I have a nice chair along with my bed to watch TV from.

hey...I ain't knocking it...you're not the first person here to use objects (boxes) as speaker stands. :) Its definitely hard getting everything lined up right in a bedroom.

Trust me your set up looks very 'profesonal'. I used to have my tv sitting on top of a laundry basket with a 1x6 between the tv and the basket so I could put my crappy bookshelfs on each side of the TV. Talk about ghetto!

Yeah I Know, But Can't Spare Any Room, The Dining Room/table Is Back There. But I'm Still Getting Excellent Imaging From The Back. I Guess That's Where The Compromise Is As Far As This Room Is Concerned
