I've seen a few media reports that the bruising is related to chronic venous insufficiency, but I've seen other reports that contradict this:

Like how it seems as though whatever case they have it's rounded to about $5 or $10 billion. It's a nice round number. I think there was the one they won from ABC where they were asking $1 or $5 billion and got $16 million.

In principle, it seems to me that Trump can order the IRS to settle the lawsuit and cut him a check for $10 billion.
