So it varies for different needs it seems.
Not all pilots have special instrument rating either.
Or
Training Success Rates : r/ATC
The only two that matter are FAA vs NATS rated, the other two are somewhat unrelated. FAA means you’re qualified to be an ATC, NATS is a rating for very high congestion. It’s not a knowledge test but rather an ability test and whether you can handle the traffic or workload consistently over a long period of time. There should have been two ATCs last night for the amount of traffic but there weren’t. Seems to be a shortage of ATCs. The only logical way to change that is to raise the pay so that more people want to enter the field. Supply and demand determines cost

Don't care for the sociopath or psychopath position, and you can't really say Trump is unfit to be president with the previous four years of Biden's mental acuity. But some interesting stuff IMO. Closer to his narcissism than dementia IMO. I do agree to a point with the "dry drunk" thing but cannot really say what the cause of that is. I would disagree below with the "does not display impulse control problems" though by the of all people a psychologist LOL. His babbling could be ADD. I dunno. (I'm was surprised someone thought Trump was not aware of what his actions meant. Seemed to me through his political years he was conscious of what he was doing in front of the mic.)

Having treated people with that malady (I was a psychologist), I do not see evidence one looks for.

  1. Memory Loss. About 4 percent of people between 65 and 75 have this. Up to 50% over 85. It’s not uncommon in older people. A test would be conducted to determine his memory function, such as repeating a string of numbers or giving him a list of 4 common things, and asking him to repeat that back in 3 minutes.
  2. Declining motor function. Inability to approximate fingers, or tie shoes, use a washroom, or count back change. Unable to read an analog clock, if it’s late in the disease.
  3. Disorientation. Losing the day of the week, or getting lost on a trip to a familiar place. Unable to return home, or forgetting where you are going. Forgetting familiar faces or names.
  4. Behavioral changes. First seeing a slight personality change such as being happy if you are normally irritable, or vice versa. Or becoming depressed, or anxious, etc.
  5. Paranoia. Thinking everyone is out to get you, especially those caring for you.
  6. Disorganization. Inability to make decisions, to carry out complex tasks. Planning grocery shopping of finding keys or glasses.
  7. Agitation. Becoming unusually frustrated over little things, or being unable to articulate when necessary, or unusual fatigue, and often those closest will notice before you do.
There are a few other signs, but those are the ones I look for because they are the most common. He does not show any impulse control problems, no hallucinations or delusions (well, none that aren’t common or reasonable).

Trump displays all the behaviors of a “Dry drunk/dry alcoholic,” a person who does not drink but acts like an alcoholic. Some key behaviors: grandiosity, scorching criticism of others (“taking the inventory of others” is the phrase they use in AA), never taking personal responsibility, lust for praise, predatory behavior, impetuosity, bullying, crankiness.

Not sure he raped anyone. However, I'm leaning toward sexual assault and grabbing a$$. The Miss USA and being in their locker room are kinda creepy.

Trump is a rapist. Below is what the judge in that civil case wrote:

>>>... Dismissing the counterclaim, Judge Kaplan provided an unsparing analysis of the legal issues that informed the New York verdict. He wrote: “The only issue on which the jury did not find in Ms Carroll’s favour was whether she proved that Mr Trump ‘raped’ her within the narrow, technical meaning of that term in the New York penal law.

“The jury … was instructed that it could find that Mr Trump ‘raped’ Ms Carroll only if it found that he forcibly penetrated Ms Carroll’s vagina with his penis.

“It could not find that he ‘raped’ her if it determined that Mr Trump forcibly penetrated Ms Carroll’s private sexual parts with his fingers – which commonly is considered ‘rape’ in other contexts – because the New York penal law definition of rape is limited to penile penetration.”

Kaplan had already outlined why it was not defamation for Carroll to say Trump raped her.

“As the court explained in its recent decision denying Mr Trump’s motion for a new trial on damages and other relief [in the New York case] … based on all of the evidence at trial and the jury’s verdict as a whole, the jury’s finding that Mr Trump ‘sexually abused’ Ms Carroll implicitly determined that he forcibly penetrated her digitally – in other words, that Mr Trump in fact did ‘rape’ Ms Carroll as that term commonly is used and understood in contexts outside of the New York penal law.” ...<<<

Job well done Trell ! Swerd corrected me on the articles / links I posted which DID NOT automatically make me a anti-vaxxer and I'm not. While he's no longer with us to make his rebuttal you can call me such till the cows come home, I couldn't care less !!!
Swerd did not "correct" you as he called you out for repeatedly posting falsehoods, so you really pissed him off. The second link starts quoting Swerd with "Your protests ring false." And yes, that is a common tactic by you in various threads.

And between those two links to posts by Swerd there are five others, including from you.

You can start reading from the first post: https://forums.audioholics.com/forums/threads/coronavirus.117055/post-1619396

Thanks for the fact check but that has nothing to do with Pelosi’s daughter on video here.
And your link to the Twitter post have a video not supporting the text.

I'm surprised that you linked that Twitter link as a quick search shows that he's a nut and a Trump supporter through and through, and of course, celebrating releasing violent hardened J6 criminals into the population.

There is a book out there by an informed author stating that one of his wives stated he raped her. Yes, it is possible to rape a spouse. ;)

Found one, there is more:
Documenting Trump’s Abuse of Women | The New Yorker

Donald Trump sexual misconduct allegations - Wikipedia
The very notion that spouseal rape is even possible in a marriage is very woke! WOKE! There is only PERFECT BEAUTIFUL LOVE!

That WOKE law should be REPEALED!

IT'S AGAINST GOD'S WILL! EVEN WORSE IS THE FAKE CRIME OF INCEST! THAT IS EXTRA PERFECT BEAUTIFUL LOVE!!!!
