Neither is his win. The courts have time to do this properly. I've already said what he did in Georgia is what I would call a 'Hanging Offense'. What he did there was simply illegal, IMO, and beyond the pale.
Leave it to the courts to do this properly. If I read things correctly it's potentially Congresses job to see if he violated 14 sub 3. This again needs to go to SCOTUS.
Yes, those are offenses in federal law, not in constitution. 14th is a qualification to run in the first place and he lost the privilege of running without a trial and if convicted.

Yes, age 35 is in concrete and clear. Engaged in insurrection is just as clear. One may want to argue if he did that or not.
Congress does not pre-qualify candidates, but I think states do. That is what happened in Main and Colorado.
