So...keep some books away from kids that can watch every sexual act on the planet on their phones at recess if they wanted to...very easily ??
Just don't spend taxpayer $$ on it. Schools also block websites. What kids do on their own devices isn't the purview of the school however.

I find your argument odd that every proclivity that a kid can self-service should now have a school funded counterpart.

Finding someone is not qualified to be on a ballot is not a criminal proceeding and it does not deprive a person of life liberty or property.
Where did you get that misguided bit of information? There are bright line distinctions for age and citizenship for sure. But once those are met the bar gets higher for preventing someone from running.

You all are butthurt that this is going to go to SCOTUS instead of the MOB.

He doesn't need to admit his guilt, not that that chickenshit ever would.
Guilt is 'proven'. Now the standard of 'beyond a reasonable doubt' or 'preponderance of the evidence' is another point to debate.

I look at it this way: He's a dirty S.O.B I have faith in our judicial system, I have faith in the voters @ large. You and others are acting awfully nervous about the whole thing. Why is that?

Because so many nutters are voting for this schmuck, and there are a lot of republican nutters out there.....especially when encouraged by the propaganda/bullshit from the right "news" and representatives still participating in the bulls*it?

I don't have faith in the latest round of "republican" pumped judges let alone shitheads like Clarence Thomas (let alone his wife and all that bullcrap). The republicans just keep showing corruption in moral/ethical ways constantly.

Good grief. Read the 5th amendment.

Well, his loss is not guaranteed and the stakes are way too high, he has stated what will happen when he is in office, judiciary or not.

Neither is his win. The courts have time to do this properly. I've already said what he did in Georgia is what I would call a 'Hanging Offense'. What he did there was simply illegal, IMO, and beyond the pale.

Leave it to the courts to do this properly. If I read things correctly it's potentially Congresses job to see if he violated 14 sub 3. This again needs to go to SCOTUS.

Yes, those are offenses in federal law, not in constitution. 14th is a qualification to run in the first place and he lost the privilege of running without a trial and if convicted.
suffer the punishment. Not being able to run doesn't take away his life, his freedom, nor causes his wallet to get smaller.

Yes, age 35 is in concrete and clear. Engaged in insurrection is just as clear. One may want to argue if he did that or not.
Congress does not pre-qualify candidates, but I think states do. That is what happened in Main and Colorado.

If you all want to know why I'm being acerbic with you. Well honestly it's either you're being disingenuous or just plain stupid (edited to add 'or lazy').

Or just not in the weird universe you find yourself dwelling in. Seriously, this is the first time I've ever heard "bright line" and doubt since you spout it that it's particularly important or relevant.
