LPA-1 arrives tomorrow.
I'll need to work on making space for the beast,and reinforcing the shelf that will hold it. 63lbs, 7.75"X19.00".
Can't wait!!

I have everything hooked up and calibrated, but quite honestly I haven't had much time to do much more than that.

My first impression, maybe a bit premature, is that the 2 X 50 watts of the 6th channel isn't enough power. YPOA is boosting the rears to +9. I may simply let the 1500 power either the SBs or the center and run a 5 or 6 channel configuration from the Emo. Not sure yet.

I plan to get everything running at optimum before the SuperBowl. Lots of people coming over who have no clue what everything does, or how it should sound. But it will bother me.

Thanks for the initial impressions - I've heard similar stories from those who prefer to use the LPA as only a 5 channel amp. Enjoy the Superbowl and keep us updated when you have time!
