Ron Paul is the only candidate that is significantly different than the rest. His voting record in congress actually jives with what he says, he has not been getting campaign contributions from large companies, and his campaign has focused on real issues that affect the country at large, not mickey-mouse issues like gay marriage. Of course, he has run before on the Libertarian ticket, so this is not surprising.
