I'll list two because one is obviously not feasible at the present time.

1) A reasonable priced digital music server capable of playing ALL current music formats with an on-screen display and the ability to fast forward and reverse through songs not just play them from the beginning. The unit should also be upgradeable to handle newer codecs if needed. The unit should serve music off a computer or I-POD, not have internal hard drive storage. I am talking a device similar to a squeezebox but with the above features.

2) A completely universal HD-DVD, Blue Ray, DVD, DVD Audio, SACD player with HDMI and firewire.

Larger X Version

A Larger version of the X Sub would be nice--Bigger driver and lower extension/more power for movie--without losing the reportedly good musical characteristics

Maybe smaller

I would like to see them come out with an awsome small enclosure 8" sub for say a bedroom or a smaller livingroom, and have great performance.

Turntable

I have often thought that AV123 could add a turntable system(s) that would complement their two channel equipment they already market. Turntables that would be at the same standard and quality (ie fit, finish, and performance for at a reasonable price) like their other equipment. I believe that the turntable would complement some components AV123 already markets such as the series of vacuume tube amplifiers like the sp3, the Strata Mini or other reference line of speakers. Adding a turntable (s) to their line up AV123 could offer a truely analog system from the source, power, and speakers and possibly catch the interest of audiophiles who belong in that camp.

More X-series products. Specifically larger X-series subs! Continue to expand the line without making compromises in quality or affordability, you guys have a big hit right now.

I would like to see a bigger sub, maybe 12" or even up to 15" and/or a region free DVD player with upconversion via HDMI

Ribbon tweeters

Has AV123 thought about using ribbon tweeters - the delicateness and speed of the treble is very sexy?

I too would like to see a bigger sub.
Also, the more finishes the better to match with each room.
To keep my wife happy!

Wow. Alot of good comments here. My thoughts:

-Ribbon tweeters
-Larger sub 12-15" comparible to SVS/HSU
-A BD/HD universal player, upconverting and the works.

I would like to see a larger sub than the x-sub to pair with the x-ls and x-center speakers (when the x-center arrives of course)

something with in-room extension in the low 20Hz range. SPL not really a factor as I rarely listen to anything at rediculous levels.

I too would like to see a larger subwoofer with lots of low end extension.

I would like to see:

1. a neat pre-amp that's not too fancy.

2. a 2 channel power amp @ approx 100w rms/channel both channels driven (200w rms total)

3. a 5 channel power amp @ approx 50 w/channel, all channels driven (250w rms total)

All at a price I can afford!!

This would give me a nice 7.1 system for both music and movies that could be plugged into one AC power outlet.

MP3 adaptor

Apologies to audioholics, but I'd like to have an adaptor that would connect my mp3 player to older my receiver. Newer receivers sometimes have a dedicated port. My y-cable solution sounds horrible.
