Ascend CMT-340's or Sierra-1's?... Another post looking for help with a decision.

I would get an AVR w/ Audyssey XT32 like the Denon X4000.

Perhaps a nice dealer can get you the X4000 for $700.

Just ordered the Sierra-1's L/C/R. Will add the CM-200's for surrounds. I'm still working on the sub. I want the FV15-hp that was mentioned by BoredSysAdmin, but after mocking the size up to get my wife's approval and getting that look, I'm curious about the E15HP. Can't find many reviews on that one. It's not that much bigger than the SB12 I have downstairs and I haven't gotten any objections over the size of that. My Room is about 5500 cu/ft. All hardwood floors and hard walls/windows. it will be for 60% HT and 40% music.

Any one have any experience with it vs. the FV15?

I have the F15HP and can say it is an excellent performer. The E15 is supposed to be same driver and amp, just smaller box.
