Actually I would be helping the CowboysJauron is a one hit wonder. Phillips hasn't had a losing record in his stay at Valley Ranch and he's won the NFC East twice. He just blasted the Eagles at home in his first home playoff game with the Boys.
Injuries are out of a coaches control. Losing your starting left tackle in the middle of a playoff game against a great D-Line makes it impossible to win. There isn't a right handed QB in this league that can win without his Left Tackle.
I realize you want to sabotage the Cowboys by getting them to let go of a good coach, but we aren't buying it. We had one of the top 2 defenses in the league this year. So I think Phillips did his job just fine. Flozell going down was unexpected, but that's football injuries happen and they cost games, seasons and what not.
