Which part of "war is always wrong" do you not get? Nothing we do or don't do in Iraq will make any long-term difference because we cannot change the fundamental nature of the region. That is why pulling out now (or better yet pulling out 5 years ago!) makes sense.

Although it doesn't imply that it was right, at least there was some support for that war (not that we would have done it for the UN or France without oil being involved.) It was better than the current debacle, which president braindead has vowed to continue even if "his wife and his dog" are...

You are free to contradict my statement, but no, it does not contradict itself. Your record for correct statements stands at around 1% or so.:)

War is always wrong!:eek: Participation in war is (on very rare occasions) justified if there is truly no other viable option, which is not the case now, but even then the war itself is wrong. The last war in which US participation was fully justified was WWII.
