When is justice to be served?
Everything I say is true. I never claimed you had to like it. (It is a sure thing I don't like having the absolute worst president in history.)

When is justice to be served?
If Tibet had large oil reserves, you can be sure the US would have been in there "securing" them some time ago.

Except for being right-wing propaganda, the nonsense you are saying is different how, exactly?

Read their last several posts in this thread. I think it is self-explanatory.

What are your top 3 choices for shielded bookshelf speakers?
In that case, shielding is irrelevant.

If you buy them and don't like them, there is a good chance of reselling them on ebay for as much as you paid.

help me choose a budget speaker
The best bookshelf speakers I have ever heard under $1000 are Cambridge Audio S30s. Wild West Electronics currently has them on sale for $220 (free shipping.)

What are your top 3 choices for shielded bookshelf speakers?
I second Industry's concerns. Most "bookshelf" speakers sound their best on stands and their worst inside a cabinet. Some otherwise excellent speakers may sound really bad that way, so it is an important consideration.

$700 sounds incredibly cheap for seven speakers and a sub. If they sound good to you, I would say it is a great deal.

When is justice to be served?
True, and these things are closely related, not separate. Making up a new excuse to continue with the war after the original excuse turned out to be a lie was just pathetic. The only real reason for the war was to make profits for big oil and military contractors, who pay off Dubya in return...

Where is a good place to go to audition loudspeakers?
Not sure about your area, but good audio stores used to be common here and are now extremely rare. The big box stores and the internet have almost made them extinct.

Actually, the builders of the Titanic made similar claims.

Good analogy. The US is the ship, Iraq is the iceberg, and Dubya is the captain yelling "full speed ahead!"

When is justice to be served?
Gee, I wonder why? No matter who wins the election, they will almost have to be better than the shrub, and maybe they will finally put an end to this pointless, wasteful war. (Meanwile, we are stuck with the idiot for close to another year.)

You seem to be implying that sounding like a Brady Bill advertisement is a bad thing. Guns don't kill people. People with guns kill people.

Supreme Court & Second Amendment
My main objection to guns is that we are becoming a "gun culture". Rather than being something for use only in extreme circumstances, guns are almost taken for granted. Eventually, practically everybody will have a gun and be prepared to point them at each other at the drop of a hat, at which...
