My biggest concern is trying to figure out how to get an 18 1/8'' tall amp in a 18'' credenza.

This big hole in my credenza makes me want to cry. Hurry up UPS!

This picture also reminds me that I need to get a shorter telephone cord and clean up my wires.

The good news is....the Rotel will fit fine. I just have to swap the SMS-1 and Sat box with my PS3 and drill some higher holes in my credenza for the the shelf that the PS3 will go on and all the sudden, I will have 10.5" of height for my new amp.

Nice amp dog. It's a good thing the primary heatsinks are on the front. Otherwise, it might get a little toasty in your credenza.

I swear, it amazes me how poor my handyman skills are. Seems like drilling 4 little holes would be simple. I have just never been good at working with things. I really want to take a wood working class if there is such a thing. I would love to be able to build things like credenzas and subs.

Anyway, it turned out fine and I now have 10" of height for my Rotel which will be here on Wednesday. Back and front of the credenza are open so ventilation should be fine.

Back to the credenza to rewire everything....

In reference to the wood working class there is such a thing I am not sure where you live but most county vocational technical schools have cabinet making for beginners classes offered at nites 3-4 hours twice a week very reasonable also ,usually in the fall schedule its like 85.00 plus material you use and you pick the project good place to build a sub...imo..I can assure anyone with an interest that they are really good classes.One more point it allows one to use many different power tools without actually buying them...
