He was standing in between a woman who was shoved to the ground. Looks like rules of engagement were non-existent again. The inhumanity? If people would A)comply and show their papers there would be much less of an issue. And B) if the idiots protesting would shut up and get out of the way, the job would be much smoother. But the corrupt Minneapolis government is using this to hide their own actions.
