I'm kinda puzzled about his hard on for Iran. I mean, he doesn't care about the Iranian people, Muslims, or democracy. So, what gives?

And, what does he think will be accomplished by bombing them?

Just the use of those words is what is freaking wrong with the current govt.

You know Iran has backed Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis, as well as attacking US military installations in the Middle East, right? It's not the majority of Iranian people who hate the US, it's the government.

I like how conservative media is portraying Trump as this moral, America First president while simultaneously cashing in on crypto, the China Bible etc. His use of the middle finger is prime example of the era.

Of course I do.

I'm not sure anyone really knows how the average person on the streets of Iran feels about the US. Regardless, my question stands. What will bombing them accomplish? And, there's no way of knowing if it would help topple the Iranian government, nor what would replace it.

It's the IRGC that will be targeted- they won't go away quietly.

I have watched interviews and travel shows in Iran- if a travel show tries to make it look safe when it's not, they really need to tell potential visitors the truth- "Nice place to visit, wear your armor and nice knowin' ya". The people are protesting against the Islamic regime- they don't have many weapons, but the IRGC is still shooting them. Unfortunately, Ahmidinejad is still involved in the Iranian government- I hope he doesn't get the nod this time.

An obvious (but not necessarily correct) answer is that he wants to direct media attention away from the economy and the Epstein files. I'm not sure, of course, it might be that he likes flaunting his power (my impression is that his ego requires constant feeding).

I'm not the first person to notice, but the Trump administration seems to care a lot more about the treatment of protestors in Iran than the protestors here in the U.S.

In some ways, the rhetoric coming from the Trump administration is remarkably similar to the rhetoric from the government of Iran.

Blanche has been over the top:

>>>"Minnesota insurrection is a direct result of a FAILED governor and a TERRIBLE mayor encouraging violence against law enforcement. It's disgusting," Blanche posted on X. "Walz and Frey -- I'm focused on stopping YOU from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. This is not a threat. It's a promise."<<< (emphasis added)

As has Kristi Noem*

>>>Within hours of the shooting, the Department of Homeland Security and Noem labeled Good's actions an "act of domestic terrorism" before any investigation.<<< (emphasis added)

The president of Iran has also referred to terrorists:

>>>“They have trained some people inside and outside the country; they have bought in some terrorists from outside,”<<< (emphasis added)

The chief justice of Iran has also been using the T word:

>>>Iran’s chief justice, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, said on Thursday that the prosecution of “rioters” would be carried out swiftly, according to the state broadcaster. He added that individuals linked to “foreign intelligence services and their handlers,” and those who directed “rioters and terrorists” would be prioritized for prosecution and punishment.<<< (emphasis added)

Granted, the Trump administration hasn't killed 1,800 people here in the U.S., but some of the rhetoric is over the top.

*I find myself wondering when Kristi Nome's face is going to melt and fall off.

My only regret is this didn't happen sooner, like say people waiting in line at a Trump rally LOL.

>>>He further admitted: ”I tried to be centrist for a long time but I no longer believe that is a moral option.” As a result, Dave has gripped the internet with his Trump-hating crows.

Through a series of Threads posts, Dave documented how a murder of crow gradually became trained to recognise a designated feeding space, before moving onto attacking red hate. After earning significant praise over his hard work, many were left wondering how to achieve a similar anti-MAGA flying army.<<<

Also....

>>>“Kinda like training a dog for combat - doable but kind of villain poop.” Someone else penned: “Now train it to poop on the hat.” A separate individual chimed in: “[To be fair], if crows were cognizant of human politics they'd be doing this without training anyway.” <<<
