If not you can read them off the front of the marantz’s front screen itself. There should be a “setup” or “gear” button on the remote. Could be a poor solder joint or perhaps someone yanked on the jack by tripping over a sub cable or something....hard to know with used gear. Any chance the previous owner will help out?
