Your kidding right. Talk to half of America ( more over middle America) anyone over 30 with half a working brain that has been employed for over ten years, can attest to that fact. I'm lucky I admit, most all of my stuff is covered through the VA. But for the rest of my family, their not so lucky. Insurance premiums alone have nearly bankrupted half of America. The system may have not always been perfect, but it was pretty good and better than most countries. Like or not, the Obama administration screwed the whole health care system up. And it will be nearly impossible to get it back to normal. No way are insurance companies and the medical industry going to want to give up all that extra money they have been raking in.
It's just to bad we seem to have fallen into a two party system. Trading elections back and fourth not getting much done, except to keep taking more money from the people. Keep them on fighting dems vs repubs. It will be very difficult in this day in age to get a good president without a hidden agenda, or a majority of congress members who actually care about the people instead of they can pad their wallets. To much special intrest money and backdoor deals for them to give up.
Whether your a Trump fan or Trump hater, we should all be able to see and give him credit when he does something good, and also be able to scrutinize him when he does something bad. This being tied to one party or another, does nothing but tare us apart. One should view both sides of the news and be able to determine for him or herself who is feeding us a line of sh.... Take time to watch or record some of the congressional meetings and hearings. It can be very eye opening and a great comedy show to boot.
We all have our own views and opinions on politics on how we think and believe the system should be run. But the most important things is, once you give up on open dialogue, you'll never be able to sift out the good and bad ideas. Then will only remain, total chaos and anarchy.
This is after all, our country and we should all be proud to be Americans. Doesn't mean we have to like everything that goes on, just that we should work towards fixing the things we can. And be thankful we live in a place (for now) where we have the right and privilege's to voice our opinions.
So i will end this by saying, bless all you my fellow americans.
