After They rescheduled (not counting one busted tv) like 3 times, i complained over loss of time off and they refunded me the shipping costs. Annoying? Yes, but life goes on Reactions: Adam

It's right in the front and under of the PJ screen. So much space now to sit and move around. Now I need a fulltime job. Reactions: Adam

Adam Audioholic Jedi Jul 5, 2006 32,066 0 113 Tucson, Arizona Jul 4, 2015 #16,693 My review for the Samsung 4K television that I recently received. The darn thing won't even show a picture most of the time. Yeah, not five stars. If it actually worked correctly, I bet it would be at least four. For the brief period of time that about half the screen worked, it looked pretty nice...

Samsung is under no obligation to send a replacement, but I thought that they'd handle it differently than some canned email responses. Amazon can't replace it because they just distribute items provided by manufacturers. The way the Samsung reps responded made me think it was exactly how they'd respond to a paying customer.

Nah, I'm not bitter. FMV is zero if it's broken. I happen to get it a week before that change started, though, so it would have been free and clear. Too bad. I think it would have been so nice TV. Oh, well.
