Is there a laser projector out there for $3,000?

I have a BenQ LK970 laser projector. It is starting to give me problems. I got it directly from BenQ refurbished for $3,500. Is there a laser projector out there that will last for 25,000 hours and give me as good a picture as my LK970? It doesn't have to be a BenQ projector. Thanks for your time guys!

Hisense is 3k lumens Brightness, vs your current Benq 5k - 3k should be plenty for a dark room/home theater, but your room isn't dark, then 3k might not cut it for you. Besides, the original MSRP on LK970 was $8000.
It's apples and oranges vs your budget of 3k

Not in terms of brightness, but in terms of overall picture quality.

If you want the 5000-lumen, then I would get something like the Epson EB-PU1006 6000-lumen PJ.

The safest bet is likely the Epson LS12000. Talk to your dealer.

BenQ LK936ST is 5k lumens, laser, and 4k. You just need to find one in your budget

The LS12000 comes with its own ceiling mount so you don’t have to buy any mount.

It comes with a 3YR warranty. And I have not seen/heard any of my clients complain about Epson projector reliability at all.

There are definitely newer laser projectors rated around 20,000–30,000 hours that can match or beat the LK970. I’d also factor in your screen—pairing the projector with the right screen can make just as much difference to perceived contrast and brightness as the projector upgrade itself.
