Really Boring Stuff Only III: Resurrection

Holy eff. I could have gone to work if I'd known that UPS would have been this late.

On the flip side, I have actually gotten some stuff done today, so it's not a total waste or anything.

Finally got here around 7:30. A bit upset that I spent all day waiting, but at the same time relieved that the status didn't update with "package not put on truck."

Now I just have to get the thing out of the box... (once again, shut up).

I took the TV out of the box tonight. It's busted.

Dang.
What size was this? I always worried about shipping TV's cause they don't pack them quite as well considering the giant pane of fake glass...

Aw craptacular! My 42" Plasma survived when it was delivered a few years back, but I always wondered about people getting the 60+" models.

Hope they sort it out without much hassle on your end!

Why are you up at 4am? Oh wait... Nah I don't need to know ;-)

I just signed up for a scaffolding erectors class. The class will enable me to keep doing what I been doing for the last 30 years but now I'll get to waste about 32 hours spread out across 6 days to do it. I'm not bitter though. I didn't have anything better to do those Saturdays and evenings anyways.
Whaaat? Not a single crack at this?
Is this the boring thread or I gone lost?
I must presume that it would be too simple for anyone to make fun of Alex needing classes to master erection. He's obviously overly qualified, but I guess he just needed to be certified.

I was checking Vine on my phone :) and saw that you'd responded. I thought maybe writing back that early would get some notice. :D

I'm normally up by 5am (no classes necessary) to get Niki out before it gets really hot.

Adam and I both had 64" Sammy plasmas delivered. Made it fine, and that's saying something considering they weigh about 80lbs unboxed. A touch over 100 boxed. But items like that usually get their freight delivery treatment, at least from amazon.
