New RSL-12s (speedwoofer) Why its called a speedwoofer; I don't know. Its moving the same speed as all of my other speakers...

If you intend to order one; use a tape measure, first, to make sure that you have room for it; Its about the size of a LARGE end table.

Congrats. I have a pair of the 10E and they are a good size for a 10 inch element. The slotted port on the rear bottom seems to really help them fill the room with good clean bass. A great deal at under 300 each.

Bought a Driac Live Full bandwidth license for the Denon x3800h. I have one calibration under my belt and the results were positive. I think using a umik-1 over the standard puck mic is also helping.

I've been having some issues with Audyessy during the calibration process on the phone where the app communication with the AVR was timing out constantly and asking to power cycle the avr.

A couple of recent purchases...
I bought 3 hdmi cables and none of them worked and refunded, so finally the used Monoprice worked on my LG C4 and Denon receiver and is certified. On sale The Doors Blu-ray 5.1 mix(haven't played yet). Recently fixed foam on my JBL surround speaker with the help of Doc TLS

Old shaver is at least 10yrs old and just recently only holds a charge for a few days. Got my money's worth from it, but finally decided to replace it.

I recently purchased two of these Beelink units. One was to replace the Intel NUC in our Great room system to get it Window 12 compatible. The other was for the office also to get things Windows 12 compatible. These seem very good units at a price you can't beat.

I also replaced my old Dell Laptop, with one of these Framework computers. These are a DIY job to quite an extent. They go together easily and quite quickly though. Build quality is excellent.

And then there is the Marantz AV 10 AVP. Fortunately I bought it before the price increase. I was very annoyed with the short life of the AV 7706, but it was a blessing. I could not be more pleased with this AV 10. I never imagined it would be such a huge upgrade, from the 7705/7706 units. The failure of that 7706 I now regard as the proverbial blessing in disguise. So my advice is to not mess around with those units and go for the AV 10 or may be the AV 20, but that needs a track record as it is only just released. So far the AV 10 seems to have an excellent reliability record.

I also had to purchase this 19" rack unit for the AV 10.

Since the unit's power consumption is 100 watts I took the precaution of mounting two fans on top, set to low speed, and the unit stays at ambient temperature.

The fans come on as soon as the front three left and right main speaker Quad 909 power amps are started.

I've had an older version of this shaver (version 5) for a few years and like it. Holds a charge well. The recharger/cleansing mechanism makes the shaver smell great. Those alcohol inserts don't last long, though (go figure, alcohol evaporates quickly), and replacements aren't cheap.

Be careful with salt stones in hot and humid weather. We have one (a salt candle holder) and on occasion it will start to dissolve in very humid weather, leaving a nasty salt stain on whatever it is sitting on. I recommend keeping it on a ceramic plate as a precaution.

My older one I got with the cleaner too. I bought the alcohol packs in bulk one time and it tends to be a bit cheaper, but yes, the one in the cleaning unit evaporates too quickly. Hopefully the alcohol pack is the same, since I have a few left.

Trying these out for the Nine Inch Nails concert tomorrow. They are similar in design to the ones I use for shooting.
