Non-audio purchase, though still a considerable investment (one which I'm aware will lose money.)

It's a Certified Pre-owned 2024 Mazda CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus with 11,500 miles on it. As it turns out, I get the remaining 2 yrs/24,000 miles of the original warranty, at which point the CPO warranty of 1yr/12,000 miles kicks in. Overall power train warranty is 7 years/100,000 miles.

It's loaded with technology and will take some time to get accustomed to it. This replaces a 2013 Ford Fusion SE that I had since new and had 213,531 miles on it at trade-in.

We had a 2024 CX-30 as a rental just a week ago and I put around 200 mi on it. It is really a solid car, she liked it and would even consider owning one herself. Her Lexus HS250 is ~15 yrs old now and we've considered replacing it, now after driving that car, Mazda is on the table.
